Two checks need to be done before starting:

1. Check the lubricating oil level, turn on the fuel switch, and confirm whether there is leakage (lubricating oil and fuel oil)

2. Check the air filter and blockage indicator, check the cooling liquid level and radiator, turn on the main power switch, set the accelerator at idle speed, disconnect the clutch or put the transmission in neutral

Inspection before shutdown:

First let the engine run at light load for 3 minutes, disconnect the clutch or put the rotating device in neutral, press the stop button, disconnect the electrical system after the engine stops, check whether there is leakage in the equipment, and disconnect the main power switch if the engine is to be stopped for a period of time

Excavator maintenance plan (including 50 hours, 250 hours, 400 hours, 50-250 hours, 800 hours, 1000 hours, 2000 hours)

Every 250 hours of operation, change the engine lubricating oil, and fill the oil in accordance with the requirements of the commercial oil standard of the equipment manufacturer

Every 50 hours of operation, check the fuel water separator and discharge the separated water and impurities

Replace lubricating oil, lubricating oil filter and bypass filter every 50-250 hours / 12 months

Drain and clean the fuel tank every 400 hours / 12 months. Check or replace the fuel filter

Every 800 hours / 12 months of operation, check whether there is leakage in the air inlet pipe and the joint surface of the functional components

Change the coolant filter every 1000 hours / 6 months of operation, never change the coolant at the same time

Every 2000 hours of operation, check the turbocharger, check and adjust the valve clearance, change the coolant, use the diagnostic tool to check the electrical system every 12 months, general inspection, replace the air filter, clean the engine, replace the fuel tank ventilator element, replace the air compressor filter

Check / flush the cooling system and change the coolant every 10000 hours / 48 months

For the use of lubricating oil, coolant and fuel oil, please strictly follow the requirements of the equipment manufacturer, and regularly replace the lubricating oil and coolant that meet the standards. The fuel oil shall be standard fuel oil with regular channels, and the sulfur content shall not exceed 1.5%

Long term storage preparation

If the storage period is less than 8 months, replace the engine lubricating oil and lubricating oil filter, and then operate to the normal operating temperature. If the storage period is more than 8 months, maintain the lubricating system and fuel system with protective oil
